Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which clients of Prime Consultancy Services may seek cancellations or refunds.
- Service Cancellation:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing before initiation of service. Once a project has started, cancellations are not accepted.
- If cancellation is accepted (only in rare cases), any third-party fees paid (government charges, stamp duties, or partner fees) are non-refundable.
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only applicable where services have not commenced and no official submissions are made.
- Refunds are not applicable if delays are due to incomplete documents or non-cooperation from the client.
- Non-Refundable Charges:
- All government fees, taxes, administrative costs, documentation charges, and professional fees already incurred are non-refundable.
- Processing Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original mode of payment.
- Dispute Resolution:
- In case of dissatisfaction, clients may raise a written grievance for review by senior management. Our goal is to address concerns fairly.
- Force Majeure:
- No refunds for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including changes in government policy, natural calamities, or internet outage.
