Our policy includes, but is not limited to, the following assurances:

• We refrain from using client names, branding, or any identifying information in promotional materials without prior written consent.

• Client lists and internal records remain strictly confidential and are not distributed externally.

• We never use a client’s data as references or testimonials without their explicit approval.

Confidentiality Understanding

When engaging with Prime Consultancy Services, clients may share business and personal data that are sensitive in nature. This may include—but is not limited to—information about proprietary technologies, financial performance, internal strategies, customer data, and trade secrets.

To protect such sensitive disclosures, the following principles apply:

1-Scope of Confidential Information

The information covered under this confidentiality agreement may include, but is not limited to:

• Intellectual property concepts, product ideas, designs, and specifications

• Financial reports, pricing, and cost structures

• Operational plans, business models, customer databases, and marketing strategies

• Future projections and internal business developments

2-Internal Use Only

Disclosed information will be accessed strictly on a need-to-know basis by employees, partners, or subcontractors of Prime Consultancy Services who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

3-No Unauthorized Disclosure

Confidential details shared by clients will not be revealed outside the organization, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority.

Exceptions to Confidentiality

The restrictions of this policy do not apply to information that:

• Was already in the possession of Prime Consultancy Services before it was received from the client;

• Becomes publicly available through no breach of this policy;

• Is legally obtained from a third party not bound by any confidentiality agreement;

• Is disclosed with written approval from the client;

• Is independently developed without reference to the shared confidential data.

Policy Enforcement and Limitations

This confidentiality policy outlines the full understanding between Prime Consultancy Services and the client regarding the treatment of sensitive information. Any amendments to this policy must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.

If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force.

Liability for Breach

Unauthorized use, disclosure, or misuse of confidential information may result in disciplinary, civil, or legal action. Prime Consultancy Services reserves the right to take appropriate measures against any breach that compromises client privacy or trust.
